Making a Return

IT’S IMPORTANT TO US THAT YOU’RE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR CAPENVY.COM MERCHANDISE.

We accept returns for up to 30 days after receipt of your purchase. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, with store tags attached. When returning caps, they must be placed back inside the shipping box which it was shipped in. To send an item back to us, please enclose the CapEnvy.com invoice which arrived with your package. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as CapEnvy.com cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. You are also responsible for the return shipping fee. Send your package to:

Once we receive your return package, please allow 1-2 days for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued back to your PayPal account.
